Sacred Well's community center was robbed, and aid is needed for the 4-legged friends and their master who sounded the alert.

At this time of Yule we have the opportunity to look within ourselves and explore. Take stock of what we have accomplished as the Wheel of the year turns. We are all so fortunate to have the ability to gather and celebrate our faith and spirituality. One place that we have to do this at is Heimdall's Bridge. David, Tama and countless others have worked so hard for so long to make a community center with a metaphysical store go from a want the community has expressed to a reality. It is there for anyone interested in using the space or a community ritual and many of us have enjoyed a sabbat or two there.

Sunday night (13 Dec) vandals broke into the store. Not much was taken but it left a wake of broken glass and items from the store to be cleaned up. We are all so grateful for this! The person who owns the auto repair store next to Heimdall's Bridge is the one that called the police. He was alerted to what was happening in our beloved community center by his dogs. They were on watch and ready to help keep our spiritual sacred space safe for all of us.

This man, who owns the dogs, is feeling the turn in the economy more than most of us. He is in need of help, can we pitch in and help him....who helped all of us without question? Just the donation of dog food to help keep the watchful loving eyes of his 4 legged friends would mean so much to him and to all of us.

Please let me know if you are willing and able to help. We will take any donations to him over the next few weeks.
